Payments and Refunds
Service Fees: All fees for our services must be paid in advance or as per the agreed contract schedule.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced.
Ad Spend: You understand that Ad Spend (money paid to Facebook/Google) is separate from our Agency Fee. You are responsible for paying the ad platforms directly. We are not responsible for any lost ad spend.
Third-Party Platforms (Meta/Google)
We work with third-party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You acknowledge that:
We have no control over these platforms' policies.
We are not responsible if your Ad Account, Business Manager, or Page gets restricted, banned, or suspended by the platform.
Platform algorithm changes can affect results, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Our Content: All materials, templates, and strategies provided by AdFluxify remain our intellectual property unless usually transferred to you in writing.
Client Content: You grant us the right to use your images, videos, and logos for the purpose of running your advertising campaigns.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdFluxify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., "10x ROAS" or "₹1 Lakh Profit") as marketing performance depends on market conditions and your offer.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services with any client who:
Refuses to pay invoices on time.
Uses abusive or unprofessional language.
Demands services outside the agreed scope.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. AdFluxify and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of [Your City/State, e.g., New Delhi] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
